Learn about the potent healing powers of nature, plant-based food, movement, and self-inquiry and experience the benefits first-hand while you immerse yourself in the magic of the Costa Rican jungle. This retreat is designed to not only demonstrate the abundance of benefits that yoga & meditation have to offer but to inspire you to invite some of these practices into your daily life in order to make your life a living practice.

YOUR TRIP, YOUR WAY!

The specific intention for this retreat is to provide a holistic wellness & yoga experience that is inspirational & educational, giving you tangible ways to incorporate some of these practices into your daily life. This retreat is all about transformation, from the inside out. That being said, everything that we have planned for you on this retreat is 100% optional. You'll notice that this retreat is sprinkled with group excursions, workshops, yoga classes, mindfulness & meditation, journaling, group sharing, self-care. Think of this retreat as the ultimate yoga & holistic wellness buffet - you don't need to take everything that is being offered, just take what you need or what piques your interest. You're welcome to do everything on the schedule or to customize your days as you please. Perhaps you skip out on morning meditation or yoga to walk to the beach, explore the local town for shopping (a short bike ride away), or maybe you enjoy a treatment from your balcony from the list of spa services available on-site (additional fees apply outside of the 1 massage included for all guests). The theme in Costa Rica is "pura vida" go with the flow, the same applies to this retreat!
