  • fermented food & drink
  • lean protein 
  • gentle fiber
  • clean, filtered water
  • fresh herbs & spices
  • anti-bacterial foods 

WHY RESTRICT?

The food & drink we consume interacts with the intelligence of our bodies, who bear the brunt of our lifestyles working overtime to process the many toxins & lifeless "foods" we consume. When we remove the highly processed aspects of our diets and instead focus on consuming more nutrient dense foods, not only do we give our body more of the raw materials it needs to balance our health & well-being, but we also free up vital energy that is being used to combat the negative impact of our diet & lifestyle giving us access to more "prana" life force, or energy. These foods have the ability to negatively impact our minds & bodies and create exhausting imbalances with a reduced capacity to deal with them. When we cut these things out we give ourselves a chance to return to a more natural state of being from which we can continue to support & sustain energy, self-healing, self-regulation, and balance in mind, body & spirit.
