A comprehensive look into how our bodies interact with themselves, their environments, and the food we eat. Learn how certain foods (even “healthy” foods) can cause damage to the body, and discover how stress (which is a mental perception) can create a cascade of chemical reactions that disrupt our wellbeing. Our bodies work incredibly hard to maintain homeostasis - balance. As we will discover, balance is not merely a destination, but more of a constant series of adjustments. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, but over time we’ve lost our ability to listen. Learn how to reconnect with the subtle language of the body in order to give your body the tools it needs to truly thrive.
