I am not here to fix you — you are not broken.

I'm here to share the holistic tools and mystical practices that I've collected along the way that have best supported my own healing, nourishment, and liberation. Through conscious movement and mindful stillness, we begin the lifelong process of remembering who we are and reaching toward our highest expression of consciousness.
